To determine how often your pond needs servicing, we evaluate the health of your pond. We find out the history and what types of water treatments have been used until now.  We will check on the fish and ask about how often they are being fed. We’ll want to know if there are any problems with leaking or algae. 

What do we do on a regular visit? 

• • • Water: Use appropriate water treatments (like beneficial bacteria and other fish safe treatments)
    • Water tests: We test the pH, ammonia and nitrate levels.
    • Algae: Assess algae growth and treat it.  Scrub off and remove when possible.
    • Equipment:  We clean the skimmer, filters and Biofall. If you need to identify your equipment check out this helpful guide. 
    • Leaks: We keep an eye on liner and other issues to prevent future water loss
    • Aquatic Plants:  we trim back plants when needed and
