Sweetwater Ponds is not only a FANTASTIC company for water features…they are one of the absolute BEST companies I have ever worked with in thirty years of home ownership, and I’m somebody who does not offer that sort of praise without it having been earned. I cannot recommend them highly enough: they offer top notch craftmanship but also incredible understanding, communication and service. Our story: we had a water feature installed by a landscaping company…and they did a suboptimal job of it, I’m sad to say; their expertise lay elsewhere. After a few months, our pond and waterfall developed troubles: it was leaking water and the pump was shutting on and off even when the water levels were where they should have been. Sweetwater diagnosed the problems with the original build and fixed it. This was not an easy task—it’s hard to figure out which part of a buried water system is leaking, but they worked hard on it until they isolated and fixed the leak. They also expanded the reservoir, which was too small and restructured the pump housing and got our feature running beautifully, far better than the original installation did. I really really wish we’d worked with them for the original build, because they really know what they’re doing. The thing is: they have been unbelievably kind, responsive and helpful since then…and when the old pump burned out the day before a diner party that we were hosting, they managed to get us a loaner pump to use until the new one arrived! That is INCREDIBLE care and kindness, and it is something for which I am deeply grateful. THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT. TRULY. 🩷

Sweetwater Ponds did an absolutely spectacular job repairing our leaking pond system. They rerouted the flow from the lower bucket to the waterfall outflow so seamlessly that I was completely dazzled by the job. I strongly recommend this company for any water feature repairs.

After having a few landscapers offer to re-line my leaking pond to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars I was about to give up. I spotted the Sweetwater truck and dotted down the number.  In less than a couple weeks the techs came out to assess what was needed.  They took a few hours to dig up the edges of the liner and showed me how the roots had grown over the edges and pushed them down to allow the water to escape on the sides.  They pulled back the overgrown and re-established the walls.  For less than $500!!  They were very professional and even cleaned up the debris and blew it clean. Very happy with Sweetwater Ponds. After poor results with multiple companies, we were extremely frustrated. Got a post card ad and almost tossed it, then decided what’s the worst that can happen? Kristi and Israel took time to assess our problems (which we knew but wanted to see what they’d say), offered solutions, and LISTENED. They corrected a history of poor service, added a bio ball waterfall, completely reworked the bog area and “stream”, and other improvements all at a reasonable price. When something wasn’t just as we wanted, they changed it with a positive “no problem.” Needless to say, we now have a beautiful, clean, functional pond, a company we trust and hope to have a long term partnership.

Just had my first experience with Sweetwater yesterday.  They did a full pond clean out for me and the transformation is unbelievable!  My pond looks brand new and you would never have known they were there.  They didn't leave any trash or debris anywhere.  Super impressed with these guys and would highly recommend them!  Thanks so much Sweetwater Ponds crew!
