Sweetwater Ponds did a great job helping us with our pond. We acquired a nice gigantic pond with our new home and had absolutely NO idea how to care for it or care for the fish. They came out to look at the pond because I could not give them any information and provided us with a quote. Day of cleaning they did a lot of explaining so I could understand the process. I was very worried that my poor fishes would die. They set up gigantic tanks for the fishes and got every last one out, even the terrified new babies. They let me help clean up and use the water on my plants (although they weren’t kidding when they said it was like a fire hose coming out). They taught me how to clean the filters, when to do it, how often to do it and provided me with some updates to keep the pond healthy. All my questions were answered. Kristi is fantastic about getting back to you with any questions via email and Her husband called to check on us a couple of days later to make sure all was well. Since we didn’t know what to expect, the price was shocking, but it was less than other companies we called. The service was amazing and they provided a ton of information and lessons of a pond maintenance. We will use them in the future and if we need upgrades or maintenance we will call them back up again.
